Luminarie takes place every year Kobe in Hyogo. It has started since Kobe Awaji earthquake. Luminarie is a mass for the repose of the soul but you don’t have to think about it too much. We usually go there for fun. I highly recommend that you visit there with your girlfriend or boyfriend. You might be excited.

Fantastic! I’ve never seen this exhibit in person, only in photos. I think I will take my wife and daughter. Can you tell me when it starts?
